Final Protection at the Equipment Inlet
Moisture can still form inside compressed-air pipelines due to temperature changes, pressure fluctuations and long-distance air transmission.
Even when a central dryer is installed, residual liquid water, oil droplets and particles may reach pneumatic equipment.
Installed close to the equipment inlet, the ENHUI precision air separator provides a final protection stage for valves, cylinders, actuators and other sensitive pneumatic components.
How the ENHUI Precision Air Separators Works
Compressed air enters the separator and is accelerated into a high-speed rotating airflow. Centrifugal force separates liquid water, oil droplets and particles from the air.
The separated contaminants collect at the bottom and are discharged automatically, while cleaner compressed air continues to the equipment.
1. Airflow Acceleration
Compressed air forms a high-speed rotating airflow inside the separator.
2. Liquid and Particle Separation
Centrifugal force separates water, oil droplets and particles from the airflow.
3. Automatic Drainage
Separated contaminants collect at the bottom and are discharged automatically.
Key Advantages
No Electricity Required
Operates entirely through compressed-air flow without electrical power.
No Replaceable Filter Element
Reduces filter replacement costs and routine maintenance requirements.
Efficient Liquid Separation
Removes residual liquid water, oil droplets and fine particles from compressed air.
Automatic Drainage
Collected condensate is discharged automatically during operation.
Low Pressure Drop
Protects pneumatic equipment without significantly restricting airflow.
Long Service Life
Durable construction supports reliable operation in industrial environments.
Typical Applications
CNC Machine Tools
Protects pneumatic valves, cylinders, clamps and tool-changing systems.
Coordinate Measuring Machines
Reduces moisture risks in sensitive pneumatic and measurement systems.
Industrial Automation Equipment
Protects pneumatic actuators, valves and automated control components.
Laser Processing Equipment
Improves compressed-air stability at the equipment inlet.
Spray and Coating Equipment
Reduces liquid contamination during spraying and coating processes.
Food and Packaging Equipment
Supports cleaner and more reliable pneumatic operation.
Flexible Installation Options

1.Standalone Equipment Protection
Without upstream air treatment, the Point-of-Use Precision Air Separator provides direct equipment-side protection by removing liquid water and oil droplets before compressed air reaches the machine.

2.Final Protection After Central Air Treatment
When a central air treatment system is already installed, the Point-of-Use Precision Air Separator provides an additional protection stage to remove residual moisture at the equipment inlet.

3.High-Flow Equipment Applications
For higher-flow applications, a high-flow Point-of-Use Precision Air Separator can be installed for primary liquid water separation, while an additional separator near the equipment provides final protection for critical components.
Model selection depends on airflow, working pressure, humidity conditions, installation space and application requirements. Different systems may require different configurations. Contact us for technical recommendations and solution support.

Can It Be Used Without a Central Air Dryer?
Yes. The separator can remove liquid water, oil droplets and particles directly before the equipment.
However, it does not reduce pressure dew point or remove water vapor. Additional drying equipment may be required when very dry compressed air is needed.
