Automatic Condensate Drain Valve

ADTV Series Automatic Condensate Drain Valves are designed for compressed air systems to automatically discharge condensate and oil-water mixture. With both electronic level-controlled and mechanical float-operated options, they ensure reliable operation while preventing air loss and system contamination.

Installation Guidelines

  1. Install at the lowest point of the system (air receiver, filter, dryer) where condensate accumulates.
  1. Ensure the drain valve is installed vertically or horizontally with the drain port facing downward.
  1. Install a pre-filter before the drain valve to prevent large debris from entering.
  1. For electronic models, connect to the correct power supply and ensure proper grounding.
  1. Reserve space for maintenance and manual testing operations.
