Installation Guidelines
1.Vertical Installation Required
Install the unit vertically to ensure proper drainage of condensate and oil mist. Tilted installation may cause liquid buildup and reduce noise reduction efficiency.
2.Confirm Airflow Direction
Verify the inlet (connected to pneumatic component exhaust) and outlet/drainage ports before installation.
3.Drainage Port Must Face Downward
The built-in drainage outlet must face downward to allow gravity discharge of accumulated liquid. For continuous operation, connect a drain hose to the port.
4.Install at the Exhaust End
Mount the silencer directly at the exhaust port of solenoid valves, cylinders, or vacuum generators to minimize backpressure.
5.Multi-Port Configuration Tips
When connecting multiple components, ensure balanced airflow distribution across ports to avoid uneven backpressure.
